BettySoo is an Austin, Texas Americana and folk singer-songwriter, raised outside Houston by Korean immigrant parents. She won New Folk at the Kerrville Folk Festival and Mountain Stage's New Song award, records with the trio Nobody's Girl alongside Rebecca Loebe and Grace Pettis, and has toured as dedicated support for James McMurtry, Chris Smither and Alejandro Escovedo.
