Tribute to Foo Fighters

Back & Forth is a Foo Fighters tribute band based in Cleveland, Ohio, formed in 2019. It was started by drummer Kevin Kirtz and mirrors the Foo Fighters' own configuration as a five-piece: a guitarist-vocalist in the Dave Grohl role, two further guitars, bass and drums. The group is fronted by singer-guitarist Donny Bags, with Dan Stelluto on bass and Kirtz on drums and vocals; lead guitar was held by Bill Patrick in the founding lineup, and more recent billings list Walt Chlysta and Brandon Lake on guitar. Members have shared stages with Slash, Myles Kennedy, Incubus, Chevelle, Fuel and Hellyeah. The set draws across the Foo Fighters catalog rather than reproducing any single album. The band works a northeast Ohio circuit of theaters, clubs and fairgrounds, including the Akron Civic Theatre and Jilly's Music Room in Akron, The Celestia Theater in Wadsworth, and the Lorain County Fair in Wellington.
