Art Stevenson & High Water is a traditional bluegrass band founded in 1993 in Babcock, Wisconsin. Led by guitarist, singer, and harmonicist Art Stevenson alongside longtime banjo and Dobro player Dale Reichert, the group is known for driving rhythm guitar, tight vocal harmonies, and classic bluegrass arrangements. Over three decades of touring across Midwest festivals and concert halls, the ensemble has released multiple albums including Twilight (2013), and Stevenson has served as a promoter for Wisconsin bluegrass events.
