Alpha Consumer is a Minneapolis rock trio made up of guitarist Jeremy Ylvisaker, bassist Michael Lewis and drummer JT Bates. The group released its self-titled debut in December 2006 and has since issued further records including Knife Boot, working in a guitar-driven style that draws on no wave as much as straightforward rock.
